The biggest and most major difference between Christians and Muslims is that Christians believe that Jesus was the Son of God but the Muslims think otherwise, they believe that he was just a prophet.

While they both believe in the original bible, the Old Testament, Christians believe that it is a holy document and everything in it is true. On the other hand, Muslims don’t believe that it is all true, and they also call their god Allah.

Christianity and Islam
There are many similarities between these two religions.

Similarities: The worshipers only worship one god.

Differences: They have different holy books, Islam has the Qur’an and cristians have the bible. They have different places of worship, they have different leaders, have different celebrations and muslims even look different.

Although Muslims believe in one God, as do Christians, they reject as heresy that this one God is three people. When God is described in Islam the emphasis is on strength, majesty and power. In contrast the Christian God is often depicted in intimate terms as a father, shepard or even husband. Grace in Islam is earned, in Christianity it is given. Although Islam teaches that Jesus was a prophet, Muslams do not believe that he was The Son Of God, that he is divine or part of a trinue God.

Christians and Islams have a similarity that they both believe in God.

But the difference is that the Islams do not believe in Jesus the son of God.

Christianity & Islam
A common belief between these two religions is that there is only one true God and followers are not to worship any other God.
The religions differ because Islam does not believe Jesus is the Son of God or that he is even equal with God and the Holy Spirit, who gives believers eternal life in Heaven and disbelivers spending eternity in hell and Muslims have no assurance of Salvation.
Christians believe that Jesus died on the Cross to pay for our sins, giving us assurance from sin and death but the Muslims believe that each person must bear and pay for their own sins.

Chistianity and Buddism have many priciples in common, like non- violence, respect for human life and compassion, and they each worship a famous teacher(Jesus for Christians and the Buddha for Buddhists). But while Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God, Buddhists believe that the Buddha was a human who acheived enlightenment. Chistians believe that humans have only one life, and when they die they go up to heaven, while Buddhists believe in reincaration many times, sometimes as animals.
